Gran Canaria Agüimes is perfect for an authentic experience in Gran Canaria Gran Canaria is another destination not just reserved for the peak summer months, holidaymakers will be pleasantly surprised to find a mild climate of between 17C (63F) and 22C (72F) in December.Where to go? Head to Agüimes or Ingenio for a more authentic, local experience compared to the more touristic spots, Hidden Gem Guide recommends. They are both located on the eastern side of the island and Agüimes has multiple bronze statues scattered throughout its streets.
