Triple injury boost for England as Declan Rice, Marc Guehi and Reece James ALL train ahead of World Cup showdown with Norway

Declan Rice has returned to training after beating a bug and Marc Guehi has overcome a hamstring concern ahead of England’s World Cup quarter-final tie against Norway.Guehi was absent from Thursday’s session in Kansas City but trained in Fort Lauderdale on Friday. The defender suffered the slight injury during Sunday’s 3-2 victory over Mexico but should now be OK to feature in Saturday’s tea-time kick off at the Miami Stadium.There was more good news for Thomas Tuchel after Rice trained with his team-mates at the home of Inter Miami.  Thomas Tuchel has received a triply injury boost with Reece James back in training Declan Rice and Marc Guehi also trained in Miami ahead of Saturday’s quarter-final vs NorwayThe midfielder had spent a period in isolation after feeling poorly this week.Rice has been managing hamstring and back pain throughout the tournament but will be ready to declare himself available as England bid for a place in the semi-finals.Reece James was also part of the session after recovering from a hamstring issue, but it could be too soon for him to start after two weeks in the treatment room.
