Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said that Panettiere’s autopsy has been completed and that no signs of trauma were found on the star’s body.In March, Panettiere was seen hobbling on crutches at LAX while accompanied by ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson.When asked about the crutches, Panettiere explained that she was suffering from ‘some pinched nerves in my lower back,’ in footage obtained by the Daily Mail.
