Holly Madison opened up about undergoing a lower facelift while also listing off other surgeries she has had over the years. The 46-year-old Playboy veteran, who recently broke silence on her feud with Kendra Wilkinson, discussed the topic during an appearance on Wednesday’s episode of the Derm Approved podcast. The TV personality explained that she made the decision to have the procedure after welcoming children Rainbow, 13, and Forest, nine, whom she shares with ex-husband Pasquale Rotella. ‘I’ve had a lower facelift on my jawline. I’m really happy I got it done,’ she told host Dr. Shelia Farhang, before adding that she has also done ‘a little lipo’ underneath her chin. ‘I just felt like after having kids, you know, I gained a lot of weight with my second pregnancy. And there was just nothing I could do,’ Madison further explained while motioning to her jaw. Madison also got candid about the scars from the surgery being visible in front of her ears, but admitted that it does not bother her.’If you look close, you can totally see it, but I don’t care. I’m kind of open about it. I already talked about it on my podcast.’Other cosmetic procedures that she still undergoes include Botox, IPL laser and CO2 laser for underneath her eyes. However, elsewhere in the conversation, she revealed a surgery that she would have second thoughts about as well as a procedure she underwent that had negative results. Madison told the podcast host that breast implants can be a ‘tricky thing.’ She added that, ‘There were no lasers or anything that could really do what I wanted it to do so I found somebody whose before-and-afters I really loved’; seen in 2005 ‘I’d rather have it not go far enough and then I can go back and maybe do more rather than have it go too far and I’m looking like the Joker,’ she said Madison also got candid about the scars from the surgery being visible in front of her ears, but admitted that it does not bother her; seen earlier this month in Las Vegas ‘Some people, it just doesn’t work for, for whatever reason. Their body will reject the implant or they’ll get the breast implant illness, or the surgery will be kind of botched.’So they want to try again. And it sadly can turn into this never ending thing,’ the star added. Madison also explained she underwent a hand rejuvenation procedure, but said it had been a ‘waste of money.’The Girls Next Door alum has previously gotten candid on plastic surgery, including during her time at the Playboy Mansion. The star notably moved into the mansion with Hugh Hefner when she was age 21 before departing seven years later. She recalled how other playmates would undergo cosmetic procedures while living at the mansion during an interview with Allure. ‘Plastic surgery. Back in 2024 on her Girls Next Level podcast, Madison revealed that she also had her cellulite surgically removed in the past. ‘Plastic surgery. I just do a lot of photoshoots.’ Madison has also gotten candid about her struggles with body dysmorphia.’I would definitely say that living in the mansion created a body dysmorphia for me because I was always kind of wondering what’s wrong with me,’ she told People in 2023. Because it was just constantly me wondering, what’s wrong with me? What’s wrong with me?’
