Michael Sheen and Kate Beckinsale’s daughter Lily Mo, 27, enjoys her own red carpet moment at LA premiere of Sense and Sensibility

She is the daughter of screen legends Michael Sheen and Kate Beckinsale. And Lily Mo Sheen enjoyed her very own moment in the spotlight as she attended the Los Angeles premiere of Sense and Sensibility at The United Theater on Wednesday night. The actress, 27, looked elegant in a strapless slip dress paired with £820 Maison Margiela Tabi split-toe shoes, which often divide fashion lovers.The aspiring star looked sensational with her blonde hair swept up, keeping her red carpet look simple and chic for the unveiling of the new movie. Welsh actor Michael and British star Kate were together from 1995 to 2003 and welcomed Lily in 1999.  Also hitting the red carpet alongside Lily on Wednesday night were stars of the film Daisy Edgar-Jones, Caitriona Balfe and Esme Creed-Miles. Based on the 1811 debut Jane Austen novel, the story tells of two sisters navigating love and heartbreak among the strict social rules of 18th-century Britain. The movie has been met with a series of lacklustre reviews with the Daily Mail’s Brian Viner and The Times’ Kevin Maher giving just two stars. This is Austen with the bonnets blown off – and all the better for it’.Lily’s outing comes after it was revealed that she is desperately trying to distance herself from being accused of being a ‘nepobaby’.Her acting dynasty connections stem from not just her parents but also her British TV legend grandparents, Judy Loe and Richard Beckinsale.Earlier this year, it was revealed she is determined to ‘go it alone’ and ensure she establishes her name away from her parents. A source exclusively told the Daily Mail: ‘She loves her parents but she’s definitely leading an independent life and has for a long time…’She doesn’t want to rely on her parents – at the same time, it’s undeniable that it would give her a leg up, so she just wants to really work hard and earn her career. I prefer to get it done in the morning.
