The deal is expected to be worth £2.25m plus add-ons and Garcia would join Chelsea when he turns 18 in 2028. Hojbjerg talks hit stumbling blockTalks between Newcastle and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg have stalled. Daily Mail Sport understands there is a difference on personal terms.The clubs were working toward agreement on a £12million deal for the midfielder.As Daily Mail Sport reported on a Friday, talks had begun with the Denmark international to fill the void left by the departures of Sandro Tonali to Tottenham and Bruno Guimaraes to Arsenal.The 31-year-old is viewed as the experienced figure who can guide the new younger players Newcastle have added to their squad.Meanwhile, Aston Villa are advancing in talks for Bayern Munich’s Joao Palhinha.The Portuguese midfielder was considered by Newcastle United in recent days as back-up option while they focused on Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg. Hammers knocked back in Parrott pursuitWest Ham have had their opening bid for AZ Alkmaar striker Troy Parrott rejected.As Daily Mail Sport reported, the Hammers made their opening offer of around £15million over the weekend but it is likely to take a Championship record fee of £17.5m to get their man.
