Washington Commanders linebacker Leo Chenal suffered a terrifying neck injury in the second quarter of his team’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.Chenal attempted to tackle Seahawks running back Emanuel Wilson with less than half the quarter remaining.But the fifth-year player out of Wisconsin appeared to lead with his head on the tackle and collided with Wilson’s knee.Chenal immediately went to the ground as medical staff rushed to his aid while teammates surrounded the player. Chenal was eventually loaded onto a cart and raised his left hand as he went into the tunnel.Just before halftime, the Commanders ruled him out for the remainder of the game.
