Odell Beckham Jr has been signed to the Minnesota Vikings practice squad, handing him another chance at NFL redemption after he was brutally cut by the Giants.Beckham Jr spent training camp in New York trying to secure an emotional return to the team that previously drafted him No 12 overall in 2014, but he was released from his $1.3 million deal after being on the field for just 20 snaps in the first three games.Now, though, he is back in the league with Minnesota, joining the sixth different team of his 11-year NFL career, as first reported by insider Jordan Schultz. The move could see him link up with fellow LSU alumnus Justin Jefferson, who is currently dealing with an ankle injury that ruled him out of Week 4 and has left him doubtful ahead of this weekend’s trip to New Orleans.It remains to be seen whether OBJ will do enough to be elevated to the roster in Minnesota, but if so he will battle the likes of Jordan Addison, Jauan Jennings and Tai Felton for snaps.Beckham did not make a catch in his three games for the Giants this season, and was only targeted once – in the Week 3 win over the Tennessee Titans.
