He’s tied the knot and now NBA star Anthony Edwards has tied up another loose end with a resounding court victory over baby mama Ayesha Howard who has been dubbed a ‘vexatious litigant’ by a California court.The Minnesota Timberwolves player, 24, has been locked in a year-long fight over child support with Howard, despite having already paid her over $110,000 towards the upkeep of their toddler daughter Aubri.Both Howard and Edwards had been slugging it out in Atlanta, where both are from, only for Howard to file a second suit in Los Angeles where paternity payouts are more generous.Now, court papers obtained by the Daily Mail show Howard’s suit has been thrown out after she failed to provide any evidence of residency on the West Coast and did not show up for trial on the matter.As a result, LA Superior Court justice Anne Kiley has issued a ruling dubbing her ‘a vexatious litigant’ and banning her from filing further claims in the City of Angels.The court also found there is no evidence that Howard has spent enough time in Los Angeles to call the city home and that the baby was not conceived there. In exchange, the Timberwolves gave up Naz Reid and a collection of draft picks.The three first-round pick swaps will be in 2028, 2029 and 2030. The Hornets also will get three second-round picks in 2029, 2032 and 2033.Ball was reportedly happy in Charlotte after a rejuvenated Hornets finished just one play-in win short of the playoffs last season. They have not been in the postseason since 2016.But the Hornets fielded a number of ‘aggressive’ offers, with the Toronto Raptors and Portland Trail Blazers also keen on Ball.
