His jury trial originally scheduled for March 12 has rescheduled five times, most recently being set for September 8 before Sanchez’s attorneys requested his plea deal be accepted.’We are finalizing an agreement with the prosecutor’s office that provides a path toward resolving the state’s case,’ Nick Sanchez Jr told FOX59 last month. ‘We’re also encouraged by the constructive conversations taking place regarding the related civil matter.
