Such a plea is not an admission of guilt, rather an acceptance of the punishment.York is the principal owner of the NFL’s San Francisco 49ers and chief executive. 49ers Enterprises acquired a 51 per cent stake in Rangers last year.‘As this is a legal matter, which has been resolved, we will not be providing any further comment at this time,’ the 49ers said.Leeds declined to comment.
