Everton’s on-off move for Monaco striker Folarin Balogun has collapsed after the player changed his mind on the move.A deal sheet had been put in to buy Everton more time after they had renegotiated terms on a £40million deal with Monaco, but the USA international went cool on the transfer.An issue had been raised during the 25-year-old’s medical which caused negotiations to stall. That prompted Everton to seek alternatives and attempt to renegotiate.They made contact with Manchester United over a loan for Joshua Zirkzee and also spoke to Aston Villa about a loan for Tammy Abraham.
