College football player commits vile act on opponent as he battles illness in first game

Michigan State’s game against Toledo descended into gross scenes on Friday night when an offensive lineman suffered an unfortunate health-related incident. The Spartans beat the Rockets 30-20 in their 2026 season opener at Spartan Stadium but one player appeared to be battling more than the opposition. Offensive lineman Robert Wright Jr. was seen vomiting mid-snap as Michigan State went for the two-point conversion. As quarterback Alessio Milivojevic dropped back, Wright, who lined up at right tackle, puked all over a member of the Toledo defensive line. Unaffected, however, Wright continued to block his opponent, allowing Milivojevic to find Rodney Bullard Jr. in the corner of the end zone to give the Spartans a seven-point lead. Wright, a redshirt junior, was making his Michigan State debut after transferring from Georgia Southern.
