Celtic are closing in on Bosnian international midfielder Ermin Mahmic.The Slovan Liberec player seems set to move to Glasgow in the coming days with a broad agreement in place over a deal which will see the Parkhead club shell out an initial £7million with up to £1.5m potentially coming further down the line as add-ons.Mahmic, who is a creative midfielder, was identified by Celtic scouts prior to making a name for himself at the World Cup.With goals coming against Qatar and Switzerland, the 21-year-old attracted interest from a host of top clubs but it’s understood Mahmic now has his heart set on signing for Celtic.Provided there are no last-minute hitches, he should become Martin O’Neill’s fourth summer signing and might well pave the way for Reo Hatate to move on.Celtic have already spent £30m on Camilo Duran, Kasper Hogh, Mika Baur and Haissem Hassan.
