It was just horrific. I felt so just judged and I felt disgusting, I felt ashamed.’It just felt horrible, there’s no word to describe. It’s taken me many, many years to come to terms with it. Now, for me, all pain is growth.’So, every single part of my experiences I was meant to feel and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without them.’So there is no regret on anything, that is my path. I was meant to live it and I have.’She added: ‘It’s affected my relationships to this day and intimacy and all those kinds of things – it’s life changing in a big, big way.’Justin released it between her first and second series as a panel judge on the X Factor.On whether there were any repercussions for him, she continued: ‘No.’I mean, I sued him down the line, but I think he just got to the point where he’s like, I’m not spending this money.’Because at the time I had money to spend, so I was like, I’m just going to keep suing your a**e. And then eventually he just wrote an apology.’She said Justin had been denying he’d released it and tried to claim she had been complicit in the making of the tape.’He tried to say that either it was me or I was involved – something crazy like that.’ she said.’So he just basically admitted it was him, that was it. But there were no repercussions.’
