Rachel Uchitel has undergone an extreme plastic surgery makeover in a bid to turn back the clock.The 51-year-old, who first shot to infamy as the original mistress of Tiger Woods back in 2009, is currently recovering from a deep-plane facelift, a tightening brow lift, an under-eye fat transfer, a chin implant, a ‘columella’ nose revision, and extensive facial filler dissolving.The star spent 9.5 hours under the knife of board-certified celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Ira Savetsky, who was recently named one of America’s best cosmetic doctors by The Hollywood Reporter. She is now healing inside of her luxury New York hotel suite, where she spoke to the Daily Mail about her decision to undergo another round of surgical procedures less than a year after getting an injectable Brazilian butt lift.Uchitel revealed that she wanted a more youthful look after overdoing it with facial fillers and laser treatments in the past, which left her looking puffy and older than her years.’I’m 51 and I’m not trying to defy Mother Nature or look like a different person. I also learned that certain laser and energy-based treatments can contribute to tissue changes and scarring.’To achieve her youthful look, Uchitel had to dig up some pre-surgery photos of herself to use as a reference – which included old tabloid magazine covers from her affair with Woods. ‘I had to use those photos for examples of what I used to look like before fillers,’ she laughed.
