The Irish star, 40, who revealed this week that she could give birth to her fourth child this weekend, was left shocked after she noticed there was a huge diamond missing from her wedding ring. On the latest episode of her podcast Vogue and Amber, she suddenly exclaimed: ‘Oh my god,’ as she looked down at her ring. She explained: ‘There’s a huge diamond missing from my wedding ring,’ as she held the sparkler up to the camera to try show viewers. Despite the shock Vogue quickly regained her composure as she said: ‘Ok I will have to ring everywhere I was today. Well these things happen, what can you do?
