Olivia Attwood reveals she planned out her ‘ideal’ pregnancy and had a list of private hospitals before split from ex Bradley Dack

Olivia Attwood has opened up on her parenting hopes before her split from ex Bradley Dack – revealing she had her ‘ideal’ birth planned out.

The ITV star sat down with new parents, former Made In Chelsea stars Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo, to discuss all things parenting on a new episode of her podcast, Olivia’s House.

Olivia, 34, spoke candidly to Jamie, 37, and Sophie, 31, as they discussed the duo recently welcoming their first child, Ziggy, who was born in December.

The former Love Island star questioned the parents on their decision to give birth to their first child in London’s the Lindo Wing – famed for its tradition of welcoming Royal babies including Prince William and his three children.

Olivia then revealed that she had ‘priced up’ the cost of her ideal birth situation in the years prior, when she was still with her ex Bradley, 32.

She told Jamie and Sophie: ‘Did you shop around? Because I priced up my ideal pregnancy situation a couple of years ago. That s**t is not cheap.’

Sophie explained that the couple did have a look around at other options, and considered The Portland – another London-based hospital.

Olivia enthusiastically admitted that she too had put the private hospital ‘on her list’ of options for when she did want to have a child.

Olivia and Bradley split in January, and she has since accused her ex of ‘cheating on her multiple times’ over the decade that they knew each other.

Earlier this month, Olivia hinted at the reason she failed to marry her ex, after it emerged that the pair never legally tied the knot.

She left ITV bosses ‘blindsided’ when it was revealed that she and Bradley never signed the paperwork to confirm their union, despite marrying in a lavish ceremony that was broadcast by the channel.

Now, Olivia appeared to reveal she chose not to legally marry Bradley in a bid to ‘protect her fortune’ having amassed huge wealth as a TV and radio star.

Eve Simmons, Daily Mail’s Health Editor and author of the book What She Did Next: What to do when the life you planned is F***ed Up, posted a video in which she explained choosing to stay unmarried would have prevented Olivia from signing a prenup, and she has since ‘liked’ the post on Instagram.

The Daily Mail shared last month that Olivia never made her marriage legally binding as she discovered ‘mistruths’ about him in the weeks after their wedding.

Eve captioned the post: ‘Failing to sign on the dotted line was not an act of irresponsibility or forgetfulness… Olivia Attwood was doing what men have done for MILLENIA (protecting her [money emoji])

‘Would love to see her speaking publicly about this to raise awareness of the financial sacrifice that is tying the knot. Protect yourself girls! You never know what’s going to happen!’

In the video, she then explained: ‘Olivia has huge earning potential, she’s rumoured in fact to be worth around £6 million.

‘She’s presented three ITV series and reportedly she gets paid around £350,000 per series. Then there’s the six-figure salary that she gets from her co-presenting role on KISS FM and the brand deals with Maybelline, River Island, and that random jewellery company that does like fake Cartier watches. And the endless #Spons.’

‘Brad, on the other hand, earns roughly £15,000 a month as a footballer, that has reduced massively over the last few years since he changed teams from Blackburn Rovers.

‘And what so few people understand is that the minute you get married, technically, all of your assets, including your earnings, are 50/50.

‘In the event of a divorce, the court will take into account future earning potential as well, for instance, if Olivia was to do another six series of ITV and earn like hundreds of thousands.

‘Olivia Attwood is no fool and she clearly took very extensive legal advice in the run-up to the wedding, especially if there were still issues of trust. Choosing to stay unmarried made perfect financial sense.

‘Unless of course they wanted to get a prenup which, a involves lots of awkward conversations, and b, isn’t always watertight and doesn’t always guarantee that you’re gonna take home what you brought into the marriage.

‘I’ll never forget what one divorce lawyer said to me, ”the only way to truly protect your money, is to stay unmarried.”

‘I mean I think you really can’t blame a girl for doing what men have been doing for millenia, which is protecting their buck. What do you think? Do we forgive her?’

After Olivia ‘liked’ the post, Eve then re-shared it on her Stories with the caption: ‘POV: Olivia Attwood lowkey confirms your genius theory about her marriage.’

It comes after Olivia spoke out about what ‘mistruths’ are as she claimed Bradley ‘lied and cheated’ during their relationship, and now she feels like a ‘f*****g idiot’.

The television personality also denied trying to trick fans over her fake wedding scandal, and confirmed her new romance with Pete Wicks.

Olivia wrote: ‘I have stood by Brad for the last ten years during which he lied and cheated on me multiple times. The breakdown of our relationship is because of this.

‘I was in love with him and the potential I saw in him and wanted always to help him try to be the best version of himself – as I did for 10 years – covering up. Lying to my family and friends. Arranging therapy. Believing the grovelling apologies.

‘I of course now feel like a f*****g idiot. (Especially as more things come to the surface) I never wanted to say any of this. I find the whole situation utterly humiliating.’

Olivia went on to speak about the moment she decided to walk away from the relationship, as well as confirming her relationship with ITV is strong following reports the broadcaster was ‘furious’ over the fake wedding scandal.

She continued: ‘This January when I was confronted at the screening of one of my shows by someone reporting to me yet another night he had gone back with a random girl – I decided it was time to finally leave.

‘I’m not losing my job, I’m not pulling the wool over anyone’s eyes. Yes I’m dating.

‘Yes I’m getting up every single day even when I have cried all night to film the shows I love filming, record my podcast, record my radio show, shoot campaigns and somewhere in there TRY to move on.’
