Oasis have released the official trailer for their hotly-anticipated Disney documentary Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger. Set to be released in cinemas worldwide on September 11, the film charts Liam and Noel Gallagher’s triumphant reunion tour, Oasis Live ‘25, one of the most anticipated rock n roll comebacks of our time. From the creator of Peaky Blinders Steven Knight, advance tickets for the documentary are now available to buy on Fandango.As the trailer follows the build-up from the idea to reunite to the band taking to the stage, Noel admits: ‘I just don’t see myself on stage with Liam. ‘I don’t really want to go back with the tension, will it fall apart again?’As moments from the historic tour play out, he adds: ‘The songs are one thing, but I’d forgotten what he [Liam] means to people. Alongside the band’s sold-out world tour, the film also explores the profound emotional impact of this phenomenal global cultural moment and what their music means to audiences and generations worldwide.The brothers’ famously turbulent relationship led to Oasis splitting 17 years ago, following a series of backstage bust-ups, walkouts and booze-fuelled arguments. However, last year they reunited for an epic 41-date world tour, which kicked off with a huge show at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium in front of more than 70,000 fans.Meanwhile, back in July it was reported that Oasis are said to be returning to their home city of Manchester for a 12-night residency at the Etihad Stadium as well as a record-breaking six nights at Knebworth.The Gallagher brothers famously took to the stage at the Grade II country house in Hertfordshire in August 1996.An insider said: ‘Oasis’ schedule is booked. It’s 12 nights at the Etihad over six weeks starting in June. Noel admits: ‘I just don’t see myself on stage with Liam. ‘I don’t really want to go back with the tension, will it fall apart again?”They will then play Knebworth six times over a three-week period in September. Dates could be added but for now that’s the master plan.’They told The Sun that the Britpop duo always planned for the tour to have a second run.’There were discussions about announcing [it] during the World Cup because of the connection between Wonderwall and the Three Lions in this tournament. But they’ve settled on August.’The Daily Mail contacted Oasis’s representatives for comment.Back in April, there appeared to be signs pointing towards their Knebworth show after ticket site Premier Events listed Oasis shows at Knebworth Park for summer 2027.The post promised shows kicking off on Friday, June 4 and ending on Sunday, August 29.
