Kyle Sandilands has hinted at legal drama after he managed to poach his former KIIS FM newsreader Brooklyn Ross to join his new independent subscription show.Ross, 38, had previously said he would not be joining his former co-star, 55, in his new business venture, but announced a sudden U-turn on the decision on Friday. Now, Sandilands has revealed in a new video, uploaded to Instagram on Saturday, that he is dealing with some ‘legalities’ after Ross jumped ship. ‘Hello my fellow Australians. Only two days to go… Monday. And Brooklyn, will be on the show. It’s a bit dicey behind the scenes, just quietly,’ he said in the clip.’There’s a few phone calls, a few legalities. But last night I spoke to him and he was in the middle of gay heaven somewhere. Dancing. ‘There was all this “doof, doof, doof”. And he was like, “I don’t give a f***. I’m gonna be there. See you Monday,’ Sandilands finished the video. Daily Mail has reached out to ARN for comment. It comes after Sandilands managed to convince his former KIIS FM newsreader Ross to jump ship and join his new independent subscription show.The shock jock has been steadily recruiting his old team from The Kyle & Jackie O Show, with Ross previously saying he would not be poached by his ex co-star.However, it seems the ARN newsreader had a change of heart, with a video uploaded to Instagram on Friday showing Ross and Sandilands reuniting as colleagues.The clip began with Sandilands standing outside his Vaucluse mansion in Sydney, which now acts as the headquarters for his new show.’The greatest newsreader on earth, Brooklyn Ross,’ Sandilands introduced as Ross came around a corner to walk down his driveway.’Thank God! I just wish him all the best for what he’s got next.’Ross will join a string of former Kyle & Jackie O Show staffers, including Jaimee ‘Mayo’ Blazquez, Alfie Laguzza, Josh Fox, Pedro Cuccovillo Vitola and reporter Mary Madigan.Madigan was initially slated to be the newsreader on Kyle Sandilands Live when Ross made the decision to stay at KIIS FM, but it seems the pair will now be sharing the job.’You’re going to execute the news and then Mary is going to come in at the end of the news like a duo and bring up cultural things and we’ll all be a voice,’ Sandilands explained to Ross when he welcomed the newsreader to the studio.
