Katie Price has hit out at her ex Dwight Yorke as she branded him a ‘sh*t’ dad for disowning their son Harvey in a fresh attack on Father’s Day. The former glamour model, 48, welcomed Harvey, 24, on May 27, 2002. He is blind, autistic, has septo-optic dysplasia, a learning disability and is one of 2,000 people in the UK with Prader-Willi syndrome, a genetic disorder.It is believed Dwight, 54, has no contact with his son and Katie previously claimed the last time he saw Harvey was in 2012.And on Sunday, Katie took to her Instagram Story as she shared a picture of Dwight with Harvey when he was a baby. Calling him out for his behaviour, she penned: ‘@officialdwightyorke19 you should be ashamed of yourself disowning your son @officialmrharveyprice’he lights up everyone who meets him which is a credit to me if only you treated him the same as your other son, says a lot about what a sh*t dad you are… period’. When Katie first fell pregnant with Harvey, Dwight denied he was the father, until a DNA test proved his paternity.Back in October Katie also took a jibe at Dwight as she filmed Harvey dressed in a Manchester United shirt, Dwight’s old team.In the clip, she tells Harvey ‘go’ and then he chants, ‘Oi, oi, Yorkey.’Katie tagged both Dwight and Manchester United in the video.Speaking previously on her podcast about Harvey’s birth, Katie said: ‘Dwight turned up at the last minute but he didn’t want to come in the room or cut the cord so dad did it, he cut the cord.’Katie continued: ‘And anyway I remember Dwight saying “oh there’s a bruise” and I thought “don’t insult me”.’That was the last time I sort of saw Dwight, I didn’t see him many times after that. He hadn’t even bought me a drink! But that was typical Dwight.’She claimed that it was after she arrived that he said he didn’t want to see the pair of them anymore.The book read: ‘Even after he said that, I was still trying to be persistent. I wanted Harvey to have his dad in his life, but he just wasn’t interested in any of it. This isn’t about me. This is your son and your flesh and blood.’But he just didn’t give a s**t. There’s only so much you can try before you realise you’re flogging a dead horse. I got up and left and that’s the last time I saw him. I haven’t heard from him since.’Dwight previously slammed Katie in his own book Born To Score in 2009 after he claimed that she did not let him see Harvey.He wrote: ‘From the moment I set eyes on the little fella, I have loved my son like I could never ever have imagined possible. I am not going to hear any more that I did not care for Harvey, or have any understanding of his needs or that I was not interested in his welfare.’
