Jenna Dewan ties for highest score yet on Dancing with the Stars season 35 as fan-favorite is eliminated

Jenna Dewan wowed the judges on Tuesday night as Dancing with the Stars celebrated week five with Super Bowl night, even as a favorite among fans said goodbye. The 45-year-old dancer and actress and her partner Val Chemerkovskiy scored a new high score for the season thanks to their paso doble to Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance. They were tied by Paralympian Ezra Frech and his pro dancer partner Daniella Karagach, who received straight nines for their salsa to Nelly’s Hot in Herre. But the episode – which included a divisive surprise appearance from Justin Baldoni in the audience – marked a sad goodbye for fan-favorite Guillermo Rodriguez of Jimmy Kimmel Live fame and his partner Witney Carson, who once again were the lowest-scoring team of the night. They earned a 22 out of 40, but that score was inflated by an extra six from guest judge Joe Buck.Carrie Ann Inaba was the only one of the regular judges to give Guillermo and Witney a six, while Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli both awarded them fives, for what would have been a 16 without Buck’s score.
