A Hollywood heartthrob who was previously named Sexiest Man Alive twice looked unrecognizable as he made a surprise appearance at San Diego Comic-Con this week. Johnny Depp, 63, shocked onlookers on Thursday as he stepped out dressed as his character Ebenezer Scrooge to promote the upcoming movie Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol, which hits theaters later this year on November 13. The actor donned Victorian-era clothing which included a long blue overcoat as well as a black top hat. He maintained a grouchy demeanor as he stayed in character, despite fans sending love to the star during the special moment, per a video shared by Deadline.
