Hilary Duff honors late ex Aaron Carter during Philadelphia concert

Hilary Duff found a touching way to honor her late ex-boyfriend Aaron Carter while performing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Sunday.The former Disney Channel darling, 38, wore a vintage Aaron Carter T-shirt to remember him by, according to fan footage.The two started dating at the end of 2000 when they were both 13 after Duff was invited to Carter’s birthday party.
