Good Morning Britain (GMB) star Richard Arnold has announced he is engaged to his long-term partner of 23 years. The ITV presenter, 56, shared a sweet photo with his rarely-seen partner Stuart to Instagram revealing the happy news. Richard, who was dressed in a kilt and a pink fur sporran, wrapped an arm around Stuart as they beamed for a photo together. In another photo, the couple’s beloved Cockapoo, Clementine took part in the celebrations wearing a bow that read ‘I do too.’Richard penned: ‘The splice of life,’ followed by a ring emoji. Richard’s celebrity pals and colleagues flooded the comments section with messages of congratulations.  Good Morning Britain star Richard Arnold has announced he is engaged to his long-term partner of 23 yearsSusanna Reid penned: ‘THE BIGGEST BESTEST NEWS – massive congratulations and tons of love.’Ruth Langsford wrote: ‘How wonderful!
