Georgia Kousoulou unveils gym-honed body in bikini after going to Pilates classes three times a week due to feeling ‘groggy, tired and irritable’

Georgia Kousoulou showed off her three stone weight loss as she posed in a bikini snap. The TOWIE star, 35, took to Instagram on Wednesday to proudly flaunt her gym-honed body in a burgundy thong two-piece bikini.Georgia, who previously hit back at speculation she has used weight loss jabs, credited Pilates for helping her achieve toned abs. She wrote: ‘Post Pilates & good lighting Training has become more than just staying in shape, it’s honestly more for my mind now. If I don’t train I get groggy, tired & irritable. I try to do 2-3 Pilates a week & one gym session! anyone else the same? If I haven’t trained .. stay away.’ Danielle Armstrong, who also starred on the reality show, told Georgia: ‘You look insane,’ while Chelsee Healey commented: ‘Look amazing Georgia.’ Georgia has lost three stone since the birth of her daughter Gigi. She welcomed her daughter Gigi with husband Tommy Mallet in 2024 after undergoing IVF, one year after tragically suffering a miscarriage. She previously shut down speculation that she used weight-loss injections to achieve her slimmed-down figure. The star blasted the claims when she commented on a post and revealed exactly how she shed the many stone she has. ‘Oh the comments,’ she said, complete with a laughing face emoji.Georgia went on: ‘People hate to see it because they can’t imagine doing the hard work themselves.’3 stone I have lost in 8 months. On average the maximum I have lost a week is about 1&half 2lbs.’That isn’t a jab that is HARD HARD exercise & full control & determination. Plus a wedding for motivation!’She added: ‘I have nothing against the jab at all. Of course it crossed my mind, but I thought I would try this first because I have done it 10000 times before.’The former TOWIE star recently told how she is having her breast implants removed after a doctor discovered that one of them has ruptured.Speaking on Paul C Brunson’s We Need To Talk podcast, Georgia revealed she went to see a doctor after finding a lump. The TOWIE star previously hit back at accusations she’s used weight loss jabs after slimming down since the birth of her second child in November 2024 (right before her weight loss) Georgia welcomed her daughter Gigi with husband Tommy Mallet in 2024 after undergoing IVF, one year after tragically suffering a miscarriage While the lump was benign, the doctor instead discovered one of her implants was damaged and needs to be quickly removed.’He was like “Okay the lump is nothing to worry about,”‘ she said. ‘I was like, “Oh my god thank god,” and he’s like, “I’m gonna scan the other.” As he’s scanning the other one he’s like, “Can you see that?” I was like, “What is that?” That implant has ruptured.’He’s like, “They’re not supposed to be that.” I was like, “Oh, okay.” He’s like “You need to get them out.”‘He was like, “They’re not gone into lymph nodes,” which is obviously good but that is not saying that they won’t, implants can leak. He’s like, “You need to get them out when you get home.”‘Fast forward I’ve been recommended this surgeon in London. Went to see him. Really lovely guy. He was like, “How are you not in pain?”‘I’m like “Yeah, I’ve had a bit of pain,” I said, “But I’m going to be honest I’ve been busy, I’ve had a baby, I’ve done IVF, I’ve got married. A lot has happened in my last two years of life. I’ve just ignored them.”‘He’s like, “You can’t do that, you need to get them out.” So I’m now getting them out. I think the problem nowadays with implants is they disguise things, if you’re going to have implants.’She continued: ‘Surgery is up to everyone. I think if it’s going to make you feel good about yourself, why not do it?’If it’s safe and you’re going to a great doctor that you really recommend, why should anyone tell you you shouldn’t do it? It’s your life, right?’Georgia encouraged anyone who is considering a boob job to make sure to ‘get them checked’.’Unfortunately, if you’ve got an implant, you need to get that scan, because unless you’re getting a scan, you can’t tell,’ she said.’I would have never known that they ruptured, I’d have never known they’d broken. So thank god I did do that.’
