She even commented on a TikTok video that showed her joining her husband on stage, writing: ‘I actually don’t love getting up there, I know I’m not as talented as him. But it makes him happy so I do it.’But her dislike for those ‘getting up there’ moments came into question the more frequent they became, with Briley joining Marcus on stage at festivals, on tour and at the Opry to perform duets or sing harmonies. The two sang Goodbye Carolina during his set at Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival in 2023 and were branded a power couple after performing together at Stagecoach in April this year. She even joined him in the studio to sing background vocals on his 2024 album Mood Swings.She has now released her first two original songs, Bad Guy and Keepin’ Caroline, after announcing via Instagram that she was ‘adding singer/songwriter to the resume.’Netizens were quick to make claims that her marriage to the Marcus King Band frontman appeared to be a long play all along.’Everything about her screams desperate for fame and attention.
