Having been hailed as the real-life Benjamin Button, Brad Pitt once again showcased his very youthful appearance while attending the Mercedes-AMG World Premiere in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The 62-year-old actor famously played a man who ages in reverse in the hit David Fincher-directed 2008 film, and it seems as though life has imitated art as Brad sported a fresh-faced visage at the event held at Sixth Street Bridge.
With his smooth complexion and tussled chestnut locks, Brad – who has faced viral facelift rumours in recent years – looked better than ever.
Looking dapper in a chocolate brown suit and trendy gold-rimmed glasses, the film star gave a small smile as he waved to fans.
Brad, who attended the event with his much-younger girlfriend Ines de Ramon, 33, sparked speculation he had a facelift in 2023 after his Wimbledon appearance, with fans saying he looked much younger than he did several years ago.
However, experts have now revealed to Daily Mail that the secret to Brad’s dashingly youthful looks could actually be down to subtle non-surgical treatments and a good skincare routine, as opposed to him going under the knife.

Dr Alma Kamenica, an aesthetic doctor, shared: ‘Brad Pitt has always had that naturally strong, chiselled look, but he’s ageing incredibly well and definitely looks very maintained. He still looks completely like himself, which is usually the biggest sign that if treatments have been done, they’ve been done subtly and well.
‘It’s likely he has a few non-surgical treatments here and there to keep everything looking fresh and defined. He may have anti-wrinkle injections to soften lines and wrinkles while still keeping movement, especially around the forehead and eyes. Good skincare, regular maintenance and a healthy lifestyle obviously play a huge part too.’
Dr Alma added that the star, who’s been a Hollywood heartthrob for over three decades, may also have opted for fillers to keep the wrinkles at bay.
She continued: ‘He probably has treatments that help tighten and contour the face, such as Morpheus8 Burst, which can help define the jawline and improve skin firmness by boosting collagen. Treatments like this are especially popular with men because they give a fresher, tighter look without looking obvious.
‘He may also have had a very small amount of filler over the years just to maintain structure and fullness as volume naturally changes with age. The overall result is very natural though. He doesn’t look frozen or overdone — he just looks like a really good version of himself.’
Caroline Hall, aesthetic nurse and founder of R&R Aesthetics, is in agreement, suggesting to Daily Mail at as well as having a healthy lifestyle and great genetics, the Fight Club star has undergone ‘subtle maintenance’ rather than one ‘dramatic’ procedure.
She remarked: ‘Brad Pitt has obviously aged incredibly well, but it’s probably a combination of genetics, lifestyle and subtle maintenance rather than one dramatic treatment. He’s always had strong bone structure, and maintaining that over time often comes down to taking care of the skin, overall health and facial volume in a very balanced way.
‘I’d imagine he follows a healthy lifestyle, exercises regularly and takes good care of his skin, which all makes a huge difference as you age. It’s also very likely he has regular in-clinic treatments to keep the skin looking fresher, smoother and more youthful.’

Brad Pitt at 62: Has Hollywood finally cracked the ageing code… or is it just great grooming and good genes?

She concluded: ‘Treatments such as chemical peels, land laser resurfacing are commonly used to improve skin quality, stimulate collagen and help tighten the skin over time without making someone look obviously “done”.
‘He may also have had very subtle filler over the years to maintain structure and support areas that naturally lose volume with age. The key is that everything appears very refined and understated. He still looks masculine and natural, just very well maintained.’
The rumours about Brad’s plastic surgery procedure began after he was pictured at Wimbledon 2023.
In an Instagram video, which went viral, facial aesthetician and former NHS doctor Dr Jonny Betteridge believes there is a key clue Brad has secretly had the surgery, which can cost upwards of £100,000 and a two to three month recovery period.
Brad has never revealed if he has undergone the knife, but Dr Jonny, founder of London clinic JB Aesthetics, speculated he has had a face lift.
The doctor compared photos of the Hollywood star taken at the Academy Awards in 2020 to last July, when he was sitting centre court at Wimbledon.
He said: ‘This was him four years ago in 2020 and you can see he is showing the normal signs of ageing.
‘Deep static lines, volume loss to the eye and mid-face area and some skin laxity to the lower face.
‘It was at Wimbledon last year where his transformation was noticed. Look at the change in his face and how more youthful he looks when you see him from the side on profile.
‘You can see the change in the lower face contour is really impressive and you can tell this is related to a face lift by looking for this scar.’
Dr Jonny claimed Brad’s ear had the ‘classic appearance of a face lift scar’
Dr Jonny claimed Brad’s ear had the ‘classic appearance of a face lift scar’.
He explained: ‘During the procedure, the skin around it is raised which can change the shape and position of the earlobes.
‘He’s almost gone back in time to how his face looked in the early 2000s which is also ironic because he did play Benjamin Button.
‘There’s three years difference between these photos and it’s obvious to see the changes around the mid and lower face.
‘I think he looks seriously good for this transformation, it’s a great example of surgery done well.’

After the video’s success, Dr Jonny told The Sun: ‘The Brad video has gone viral because people can’t believe how good he looks at 60.
‘Looking at the pictures I posted, Brad does look like he could have had a facelift. The changes are significant in that time.
‘To have that degree of lift to the face and contour, especially in the mid and lower face, you can’t achieve those results through non-surgical methods.’
Brad’s representatives declined to comment when contacted by Daily Mail at the time.
A source close to Brad dismissed he had a face lift.
While many in Hollywood have great mysteries to their ageless appearances, Brad has previously spoken about his stance on getting older.
In an interview with Esquire, said: ‘You get older, you get crankier, and comfort becomes more important. I think it’s as simple as that.’
When asked about his beauty regimen, he hilariously said: ‘I grew up with a country mentality, kind of you know, Dial soap once a day and then move on…
‘And I think that we’re learning that if we love ourselves, if we treat ourselves a little better, then there are long-lasting benefits to that. So just age healthy, age in a healthy manner.’
Another key factor to his looks Brad claims was his decision to stop smoking, as he explained that he realised he could not simply ‘cut back’ – it was all or nothing.
He went on: ‘I don’t have that ability to do just one or two a day. It’s not in my makeup. I’m all in. And I’m going to drive into the ground. I’ve lost my privileges.’
