My back’s improved, I’ve got more energy. And confidence-wise, of course it helps.’Coleen told The Mirror: ‘I don’t want to lose any more weight – I’m happy.’It’s about maintaining now and having a healthy relationship with food and with myself. And with Voy you get 24-7 support.’She also shared how she had faced trolling online as a result of her weight loss.She shared: ‘I tried to not let the trolls affect me, but it was hard when they were calling me fat and all these names, because those were things that I actually thought about myself.’The mother-of-three told Bella magazine: ‘Now people attack me for the opposite, claiming I’ve lost too much weight.’Only last year Coleen said she wouldn’t use weight loss drugs like Ozempic, saying: ‘I don’t believe in any of that.’Despite working with Voy, Coleen didn’t make clear to fans if she is or has taken any weight loss injections.Coleen reportedly told The Sun: ‘I’ve been open about my struggles with weight over the years, and when a recent blood test showed I was pre-diabetic, it really motivated me to take action for my long-term health.’Working with the team at Voy has been a positive step forward. What appealed to me was their holistic approach, combining medical guidance with coaching, nutrition support, and mindset work. This isn’t about a quick fix; it’s about learning healthier habits and building sustainable change.’What’s made the biggest difference for me is the support, structure, and positive mindset the programme has helped me create. I finally feel I’m taking control of my health in a way that’s right for me, and that allows me to enjoy life with my family.’
