Channel 4 has been forced to pull an entire week of episodes of the hit show Four In A Bed after it was embroiled in a fix row.Typically the daytime show sees four different hotel or bed and breakfast owners stay at each other’s establishments, before scoring their experience and paying what they think the room is worth. The series normally airs over five days, with each episode seeing a new pair’s hotel spotlighted before they all come together in the final episode at the end of the week. But viewers have spotted that Channel 4 pulled an entire week of episodes off their streaming platform, which meant they didn’t get to see how the week had concluded. On payment day, all contestants are required to pay their rivals what they believe their B&B room is worth, and this can be more, or less, than the asking price. But last week’s final showed one pair that refused to pay anything at all for any of the three hotels they stayed in, which is an extremely rare occurrence. Channel 4 has been forced to pull an entire week of episodes of the hit show Four In A Bed after it was embroiled in a fix rowThe duo in question were siblings who worked in the Blue Lion B&B in Cynwyd, Wales, but did not own the business.Fans were quick to accuse the duo of ‘game playing,’ and claimed their refusal to pay was a tactic to help them win, and others watching the series on streaming were furious to find out they wouldn’t get to see how it ended.Comments shared on Facebook said: ‘I won’t be watching it again, I watched it all week until Friday. The crew knew on Monday’s episode someone hadn’t payed. So why punish the viewer?”Yeah I’m pretty annoyed that it was pulled. I waited all week to see payment day and then it just didn’t air;”I feel sorry for the other people that took part.’The B&B has since been taken over by new management and a social media post confirmed that the siblings involved are no longer working for the business. This has sparked speculation about whether this is linked to the deletion of the episodes, as negative reviews of the B&B have also been scrubbed from the internet. Channel 4 responded to the backlash in a post on X, which read: ‘We just wanted to let you know that the episodes from last week’s #FourInABed are now unavailable, but we are excited that a new week starts this afternoon on #Channel4 at 5pm!’The Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Channel 4 for comment. Viewers spotted an entire week of episodes were pulled from Channel 4’s streaming platform, after the fifth episode showed one pair of siblings refusing to pay for any of their roomsIn the past, Four In A Bed has sparked comparisons with fellow Channel 4 hit Come Dine With Me, with the show even having its own ‘You won Jane,’ moment last month. The show is no stranger to competitive hoteliers, with some petty enough to score down their rivals for factors from the amount of dust on a shelf, to how crispy their bacon at breakfast is.But in a clip that’s gone viral, hotel owner Saban delivered a huge plot twist, in a bid to prevent two other owners from spinning the competition in their favour. In the episode’s final moments, it was revealed that Saban paid £500 for his stay at Mark and Anne’s B&B – overpaying by a huge £220, which is a rare feat on the show.Anne was close to tears as he praised the luxury and attention to detail as his reason for his overpayment, but he then revealed the true nature of his payment by turning to contestants Ami and Mark.Saban said he made the overpayment having realised that Ami and Mark were deliberately underscoring their stays in a bid to win.He said: ‘The other reason is, there is no way I can allow you two to win.’It was a game play from the start, the way I see it I cheated to stop the other cheaters winning.’The clip has since gone viral on social media, with one user calling it ‘absolute cinema.’Another user noted that it was akin to Come Dine With Me’s famous 2016 clip, which saw Pete Marsh launch into a furious rant after finishing in fourth place. Other comments included: ‘the BEST episode ever, he humbled them so bad;’This is what British TV is all about. Gimme more of this petty nonsense where everyone hates each other;”This is TV Gold. What an absolute legend. In the same way that the bloke broke Goldenballs as a gameshow, this guy has done the same here.’
