De Silva said that being a parent to two children gave her the impetus to speak up on the issue. Radziwill was one of a number of public figures whose name was included in materials released by the federal government, which drew from lists of contacts, emails and social engagements. Inclusion on the lists did not imply any wrongdoing.Maxwell in December of 2021 was convicted on charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy, and sentenced in June of 2022. Epstein was found dead in his cell while in custody in New York City in August of 2019, amid looming similar charges.
