Ladies – we are PERFECT.’Her fans sent her supportive messages in the comment section of her post. Last November she revealed she was rushed to hospital and feared she would die after taking an overdose of weight loss drug Wegovy. The TV personality, who found fame on the iconic reality show Big Brother way back in 2001, was told by doctors she was not eligible for the medication on the NHS so resorted to buying it online, after being told by medics she was overweight.Narinder said she decided to purchase the medication after trying numerous diets and being body shamed by trolls after posting bikini snaps from her sun-soaked holidays. She told The Sun: ‘Stupidly, I ordered drugs online. That was the biggest mistake ever. I used weight-loss jabs without any professional medical guidance and I put my life at risk’.Narinder said the process took ‘less than ten minutes’ and she didn’t need to speak to a doctor, claiming it would have been ‘so easy’ for her to lie to ensure she got her prescription. Then, once the medication arrived, she chose to double her dose after feeling no effects following her first injection. Following her second injection, she began suffering from severe nausea and was so violently ill she struggled to walk and had no choice but to retreat to her bed.She said: ‘By day three, I really thought I was going to die. It had been 72 hours and I still hadn’t managed a sip of water. I felt so weak I could hardly sit up or talk at all, and my hands felt floppy.’When her symptoms did not improve Narinder was rushed to hospital, where she was informed there was no cure and she would have to wait for the drug to work it’s way through her system. ‘I’m an intelligent woman with a law degree so if I managed to cock it up, so could anyone else. It’s back to eating less and exercising more. I nearly died of stupidity,’ she said.
