Hall of Fame NFL quarterback Kurt Warner has sensationally told Jayden Daniels to play on with his dislocated elbow after he took to the field just a week after suffering a similar injury.Daniels dislocated his left elbow when he tried to brace himself while stumbling during Sunday’s 32-20 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.The same injury occurred last November and kept the Washington Commanders quarterback out for a month before he tried to play again and aggravated it.But Warner, who suffered the same injury back in 2007, has suggested it should not prevent Daniels from carrying on and playing through the pain.’I suffered the exact same injury back in ’07, and I played the next week,’ Warner said on ESPN.’I braced it up, obviously a couple shots along the way, I had to hand the football off with my right hand in both directions, but this to me is something, because it’s the left arm, if he wants to play through that, and get back out there and help his team, I believe he can.’ Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels suffered another injury to his elbow Daniels needed to be carted off after suffering an injury to the same elbow he hurt last year NFL legend Kurt Warner thinks Daniels could play on, just as he did with a simlar injury in 2007Warner continued: ‘It’s not going to be one of those things that affects the throwing part of things. Maybe, but I do believe this is something he can come back from. ‘Because it’s the left arm, I don’t think it’s something we worry about long term and go, “Should we extend this guy, because he’s had this type of injury twice?” I believe it’s something he can play through.’I can brace it up and go. I don’t care about all that stuff. Let me go out there and play, I want to be out there with my guys as opposed to thinking about this a year or two down the road.’Playing for the Arizona Cardinals at the time, Super Bowl champion Warner suffered his elbow injury in Week 6 of the 2007 season when Carolina Panthers defensive end Julius Peppers sacked him.He missed the rest of that game but played the following week with a huge brace on his left elbow and didn’t miss another for the rest of the season. The following year, he led the Cardinals to the Super Bowl.The Commanders take on the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks on Sunday but it has already been confirmed that Daniels won’t be playing.On Monday, Commanders coach Dan Quinn announced that Marcus Mariota will start at quarterback. He also ominously said Daniels will see specialists later this week.Replays of Daniels’ injury were so gruesome that they caused Tom Brady to curse on national television.Video replay clearly showed a pop in Daniels’ arm, causing both Brady and on-air partner Kevin Burkhardt to grimace in pain.’Oh, s***,’ Brady said on the broadcast before he quickly caught himself and said, ‘Excuse me.’
