Spencer Matthews was back racing on Sunday as he crossed the line at London’s The Big Half half marathon. The former Made In Chelsea star, 38, became a father for the fourth time this week after his wife Vogue Williams gave birth to their third son. Meanwhile it was a busy week for the family as in addition to the new arrival, it was also their eldest son Theo’s eighth birthday on Saturday. Yet despite family milestones, Spencer managed to pull off a spectacular PB after he finished the race with an official chip time of 1:23:05. Speaking in an interview after the race he said: ‘Running completely changed my life. It gives me something outside of work and family to strive towards and chip away at.’I think for me, who spent a lot of their adult life like a little bit lost and without purpose, it’s really helpful to me to have this kind of structure in my life. He wrote: ‘THE BIG HALF! 1:23:05 official chip time. 3:54/km average pace. First time racing a half, with PBs in 15 KM, 10 miles, 20 KM and the half marathon.”Today was supposed to be a hard session (not an all-out race) and an assessment of where we are before the Berlin and Valencia marathons.’This run was tough, harder than expected, but it was rewarding. Overall I’m proud of the result on a hot and hilly course. Ahead of her due date, Vogue revealed they had made a U-turn and needed to decide on a new name.Speaking on her My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast this week, Vogue said:’ Do you know what? Big news from my week.’We have changed our baby name – we have no name.
