The Traitors’ Charlotte Chilton revealed she was going on date with a new mystery partner, days after her former fling Conor Maynard tied the knot with Kitty Bertrand.
Reality star Charlotte, 34, and the singer, 33, have been locked in a bitter paternity row over her daughter Penelope for more than a year.
Two paternity tests have found that the singer is not the father, although Charlotte has staunchly insisted he is the dad.
In her latest post, Charlotte looked incredible in a red-and-white gingham dress, telling fans: ‘Date night & we are salsa dancing tonight.’
It is not known who Charlotte is currently dating. She was previously married to Laura Chilton, and the couple were together for seven years after meeting online.
In June 2024, Laura broke her silence after Charlotte announced that she was five months pregnant with Conor’s baby.
The Traitors star revealed in a video that Conor had fathered her ‘miracle’ baby – which came after seven miscarriages – after the pair met at a wrap party for the BBC series earlier that year.
And her estranged wife Laura claimed that they were still together when Charlotte slept with the singer in London. Laura and Charlotte had been together for seven years and endured a failed IVF attempt.
Laura, a telecommunications engineer, said she wanted to speak out after being left hurt by comments Charlotte had made about being in a previous ‘toxic’ relationship.
She said she also wanted to set the record straight about when their relationship ended.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail, Laura told us: ‘Charlotte has stated in interviews that she was single and had been single since the filming of Traitors which wasn’t the case at all. We were still in a relationship when she was filming the show.’
Pictures showed Charlotte was still wearing her wedding ring when she attended the event in London that January.
Daily Mail has contacted Charlotte’s representative for comment.
Charlotte’s night out came as Conor celebrated his wedding to Kitty.
The hitmaker took to Instagram on Monday to share the happy news with a snap of him and his bride celebrating after saying ‘I do’, as he declared in the caption: ‘WE’RE MARRIED!!!’
Conor made a statement on his big day in a mustard yellow double-breasted suit with an open-collared white shirt underneath.
While Kitty looked breathtaking in a strapless white gown with an intricately embroidered bodice and flowing tulle skirt, finishing her bridal look with a veil and diamond tiara.
Further glimpses of the wedding were revealed by Conor’s brother Jack on Instagram, who revealed that the couple were married by the singer’s manager George Leighton.
The YouTuber shared another photo of him posing for a snap with his older brother and their little sister Anna, who flaunted her incredible figure in a tight-fitted floral dress.
Anna’s boyfriend Harry Clark was also in attendance with Jack sharing a group shot with The Traitors champion and several other male pals getting ready for the ceremony with Conor, clad in matching dressing gowns and sipping on champagne.
Other confirmed guests at the nuptials were Masters of The Air actor Jon James Ewart and songwriter Brendan Buckley, who has penned a number of Conor’s tracks, including Something To Me, Maybe I, Cherry On Top and Bad Feeling.
After becoming husband and wife, the newly-wedded couple jetted off on their honeymoon to Reykjavik, Iceland.
Conor took to his Stories to share a video of Kitty walking around their lavish accommodation and showing off the stunning views, as he wrote: ‘And the honeymoon commences’.
He revealed he’d popped the question six months ago in a birthday post to Kitty, showing her proudly flaunting her sparkling ring as he gushed: ‘Happy Birthday to my FIANCÉE. I’m ready to take on forever with you.’
The couple purchased their first home together in March last year and then in June, adopted an adorable Bernedoodle puppy named Bernard.
Their wedding comes as the singer continues to be locked into a blistering paternity row with Charlotte, over her daughter Penelope.
The reality star publicly alleged in June 2024 that he was the father of her unborn ‘miracle’ baby, having fallen pregnant as a result of a one-night stand, after the pair were introduced by Harry at The Traitors wrap party.
After the birth in October 2024, she claimed the Can’t Say No star refused to acknowledge her baby daughter Penelope as his own.
A paternity test found Conor was not the dad, but Charlotte claimed an ‘unidentified male was present’ when his DNA sample was collected.
The mother-of-one also alleged Conor ‘switched testing locations last minute’ and that her own DNA was not taken.
The pair then took a second test, which proved once and for all that Conor did not father Charlotte’s daughter – which was then followed up by a statement from her.
Her rep told Daily Mail at the time: ‘For those of you who have followed Charlotte’s journey since her appearance on BBC’s The Traitors, will know she has fought an extraordinary battle for truth and justice with heartfelt conviction.
‘We are forever grateful to everyone who has shown unwavering love and support to Charlotte over the past 12 months.
‘Special thanks must also go to Charlotte’s rockstar legal advisors, Lorna McCammon (SFR Law) and Paul Lunt (Brabners) for their invaluable counsel and guidance. We could not have done this without you.
‘Charlotte will now take time to process, heal and reflect and when she is ready, she will finally share her story in full.’
Meanwhile, Conor took to social media to share his own statement, penning: ‘Today I received the results of a second paternity test, which was requested by Charlotte regarding her baby girl, Penelope.
‘As with the last test, this test has confirmed again that I am not Penelope’s father.
‘As Charlotte requested, Penelope’s, Charlotte’s and my DNA were all taken at a Ministry of Justice accredited DNA testing facility that was selected by Charlotte. The results are therefore conclusive.
‘This has been difficult for me and my family, and I’m so grateful for everyone’s support. I’m glad we can now finally draw a line under this.’
Yet the pair continued to go back and forth on social media, with Conor making a number of sly swipes at Charlotte, including singing along to Michael Jackson’s 1983 hit Billie Jean – which includes the lyric ‘The kid is not my son’.
While Charlotte said a rare medical condition may explain why the DNA results showed Conor wasn’t the father, while she was still convinced he was.
In an interview with The Sun she said: ‘I have researched and researched trying to find the answers because I know for a fact that the only person who can be my daughter’s father is Conor.
‘And finally, after speaking to experts, I have found out that what might have happened is I could have been carrying twins but lost one very early.
‘Then strange genetics come into play, which means that twin could have taken certain DNA so her father could never show up on a paternity test. It is something called chimerism.’
Chimerism is a condition where an organism is composed of cells from different genetic origins, meaning it has two distinct sets of DNA.
It can occur through natural processes like a twin pregnancy, where two fertilised eggs fuse.
Charlotte added that having twins runs in her family, and that it makes sense to her that Penelope could have been a twin.
Then came another surprising twist when Conor shared a message online in which he claimed to reveal who the real father of Charlotte’s baby was – none other than her Traitors co-star and close friend, former soldier Jonny Holloway.
The former soldier, 33, told Daily Mail in an exclusive interview in November 2025 that he and Charlotte had sexual relations and he has asked for a DNA test. She denies sleeping with Jonny.
However, Jonny later admitted he wasn’t able to ‘perform’ on the night they slept together due to an excessive amount of drinking.
At first, he publicly dodged the question of whether he could possibly be Penelope’s father, wanting to sort the situation out privately for the little girl’s sake.
Jonny has asked Charlotte for a DNA test – but she then changed her mind and refused to discuss the subject properly with him.
He said the reason he has demanded a DNA test was to simply take his name out of the paternity row and prove he isn’t the father – insisting the dates Penelope was born, doesn’t add up to the night they had sexual relations.
‘If I was the father I would step up and take that child as my own,’ he told the Daily Mail emotionally. ‘Relations took place on a drunken night out. I was heavily intoxicated at the time. I’ve asked for a DNA test several times but have been ignored.
‘I’m a man of values and standards, I come from a military background. I pride myself on having respect and being a good dad to my children.’
In June 2024, Charlotte, who was five months pregnant at the time, said she had been pressured to go to the party by The Traitors winner Harry Clark, who is dating Conor’s sister Anna.
She said Conor spent the evening ‘pursuing’ her and she was ‘vulnerable’ as she’d just got out of a ‘really toxic relationship’.
She revealed the pair ended up sleeping together and kept in touch over the phone but the relationship fizzled out.
However, after feeling unwell, Charlotte – who believed she was infertile after her IVF struggles – took a pregnancy test on her mother’s advice and discovered she was expecting.
She claimed that Conor was initially ‘lovely’ about the news, yet she later claimed he said he wasn’t ready to be a father.
Responding to the claims, Laura said she ‘had her suspicions’ something had happened between Charlotte and Conor as she had cheated on her previously.
Discussing the event where Conor and Charlotte met Laura said: ‘She went down to the London for this wrap party – I read she had been forced to go down – she wasn’t forced to go at all.
‘She was seizing that opportunity. I had a feeling something had gone on because she decided she would stay an extra day – which was obviously the night she got with this Conor Maynard which I had caught wind of as she mentioned to me he had a crush on her and she wasn’t interested – we were still together.
‘But she is making out to everyone that we weren’t together at the time – I want to make it clear that we were.’
Speaking about the baby Laura said: ‘I just think more than anything people need to grow up – stop trying to grab a headline by revealing who the father of her baby is and just take accountability and some responsibility – all jokes aside there is another life coming into this now.
‘I spoke to Charlotte last night and just said stop it, stop feeding this media attention but it is becoming clear it is what she wants.’
She discovered Charlotte was pregnant after seeing pictures online. Asked about how she felt when she found out she said: ‘I can’t say that I am sad, the main feeling that I have, I just hope that she and him and the family make the right decision for that child and keep it out of the limelight.’
‘I have so many good people around me that have helped me through this whole thing. I can’t thank them enough as I might not even be here now but it really does teach to resilience it really does.’
She said all she wanted now was for everyone involved to do the ‘right thing’ by the baby.
She said: ‘I just want everyone to step up now.
‘She has always loved the attention, she is such a charismatic person, and fun and very witty but unfortunately she can hurt the people who are closest to her.’
Conor did not comment publicly on the news.
Daily Mail contacted Charlotte and Conor’s representatives for comment at the time.
