Despite being a busy mum of four, Tanya has impressively maintained her washboard abs.

Now she has revealed exactly the diet she leads in order to keep her slim frame.

Describing her typical day, the model said: ‘I start with something that sets me up for the day, like a green powdered juice and a banana.

‘Around 11am, I’ll make eggs on brown bread, but can just as happily eat them plain. Lunch is very simple because my husband [Phil Bardsley] brings it home for me.

Tanya, her husband Phil and their children Gabriella, Rocco, Renz and Ralphi all appeared in their own ITV reality show last year

‘Yesterday, it was a ham, onion and tomato baguette. At teatime, we’ll cook something hearty from the farm shop, like chicken with veg. If we’re rushed, we’ll order from Deliveroo.’

She added to Closer magazine: ‘I’m scared to check how much we’ve spent over the years – it’s probably a small mortgage!’

Tanya continued by revealing she avoids fruit as they ‘tend to bloat me’ and said: ‘I’m not a fan of raspberries, they taste like they’ve got tiny hairs on them.’

Meanwhile, Sherrie Hewson recently revealed what she consumes in a day to keep her slim figure.

The former Loose Women panellist confessed she isn’t typically a breakfast fan and will often skip having a bite to eat.

However, if she does eat, she will have sourdough topped with crushed avocado, while adding olive oil, garlic, basil or chilli ‘to give it flavour’.

When it comes to her usual lunch routine, it’s a ‘big, crunchy salad’ as Sherrie explained: ‘I might add a bit of tuna mixed with red onion, garlic and mayonnaise, but it has to be well-seasoned because tuna on its own is too bland.

‘Dinner is often a stir fry, usually teriyaki chicken with coconut rice.’

Tanya, her husband Phil and their children Gabriella, Rocco, Renz and Ralphi all appeared in their own ITV reality show last year.

Called The Bardlsey Bunch, it saw cameras follow their every move as they documented their home life for fans.

Last year Tanya also opened up on her health battle with adenomyosis that she said was more agonising than labour.

Adenomyosis is a painful condition where tissue grows into the muscular wall of the uterus, often causing intense pain and heavy bleeding that disrupts daily life.

‘I’d been struggling with ADHD and just sort of got to grips with that and the peri-menopause hit me, and then the periods were getting worse and worse and I just thought surely this can’t just be peri-menopause,’ Tanya said.

She recalled: ‘It was like I was in labour, I was panting in pain.’

The model was eventually diagnosed with the painful condition and recalled how it was ‘worse than labour but just constant’.

Adenomyosis impacted lots of aspects of her life including her mood, ‘I missed the old me, I was quite easy going,’ she reflected.
