Holly Willoughby shared a rare photo with her husband Dan Baldwin as she posted a Valentine’s tribute to her ‘Romeo’ from a holiday to Verona.

The former This Morning host, 45, and her TV producer husband, 51, who have three children together, tend to keep their 18-year marriage out of the spotlight.

However, Holly took the opportunity to post a loved-up throwback snap of the couple on the romantic occasion as she joined a host of stars honouring the day.

In the photo, Dan was kissing Holly on the cheek as they posed outside Juliet’s Balcony, which is associated with Shakespeare’s romantic epic, Romeo and Juliet.

The link to the story is only symbolic and the balcony was created in the 1930s, but is draws crowds of tourists due to its connection to the tragic love story.

Holly and Dan were two of these tourists, as they paid a visit to Juliet’s House during a holiday to the Italian city, where the iconic play was set.

Her pals left comments underneath, with Christine Lampard posting a string of love hearts.

Holly’s friend Nicole Appleton also left hearts and Holly replied wishing her a ‘Happy Galentine’s’.

The couple recently sold their family home, after a horrifying kidnap, rape and murder plot against Holly.

Last year security guard Gavin Plumb was unanimously convicted of soliciting murder and encouraging or assisting others to rape and kidnap Holly following a trial at Chelmsford Crown Court.

The 38-year-old from Harlow, in Essex, was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 16 years.

Holly and Dan had moved their children out of the south-west London home as a result of the plot.

It also led to Holly quitting This Morning after more than a decade.

Now, the Edwardian property has been sold, with records confirming it changed ownership in 2024.

A source told The Sun: ‘This will draw a line under a deeply uncomfortable period of Holly’s life, and ensure they can make a fresh start in their new family home.

‘Though it’s bittersweet too as it’s where Holly and Dan raised their children too, so it has many happy memories for the couple as well.’

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Holly.

The couple purchased their current £8million mansion in July 2024 with no mortgage after moving out of their previous abode.

Plumb’s trial heard his kidnap plans involved attempting to ‘ambush’ Holly at her home – and he discussed taking time off work in order to organise the attack.

He then planned to take the TV presenter to an isolated stud farm for sexual torture, kill her and dump her body in a lake.

Last October he lost a challenge against his sentence at the Court of Appeal.

Meanwhile, last month Holly was said to be in a planning row after launching a legal appeal over her £8million home, despite already having a gym and cinema approved.

The pair are looking to add to the ‘heritage’ property, as they reportedly want to add a ‘link infill extension’ between their house and an outbuilding on the land.

The couple have already completed several works at the six-bedroom house, along with adding extra security.

And they have also had plans approved to install a gym, cinema and a ground floor link to the property.

But their latest planning request is said to have been branded ‘overly dominant’ and ‘inappropriate’ – with the couple since launching an appeal.

Holly and Dan have lodged the appeal to try and get the works approved, claiming the extension would get the most out of the land.
