Elle Macpherson went some way towards confirming age is just a number on Wednesday after stripping off for a new promotional campaign.

Modelling the brand’s Cotton Kiwi Kiss lingerie set in its newly released Bases Flex colour range, Macpherson inevitably commanded attention in a series of unfiltered promotional photos.
It was the second time the Aussie model had opted for a natural look in an many months, having previously revealed her unairbrushed face and body while posing for Bonds in February.
Fans were delighted by the display, with many taking to the comments section to praise Elle for the real, raw look at her beauty.
‘Thank you for displaying beauty, courage, wisdom, inner and outer strength and fun. This is real! And I love it,’ wrote one person.
Another said: ‘Just as beautiful and sexy now as when you first appeared in Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition all those years ago.’
‘Love how no filters have been used to airbrush. This is what a real woman looks like! Thank you Elle for your integrity,’ one more chimed in.
Someone else posted: ‘She looks natural and lovely’ while another agreed, ‘Natural always wins!’
‘Love how real you allowed this beautiful campaign to be queen. Thank you. A supermodel, yes, but also human,’ one fan commented.
Not everyone was on board, with a commenter writing: ‘Let’s talk about sun damage’ to which another person replied: ‘Sadly they didn’t do what we do back when she was a sun bunny.’
In a recent interview, Macpherson discussed her wellness journey after not being able to rely on genetics alone after she hit 50.
Joining Amanda Wakeley on her podcast Style DNA, she revealed her tips for getting a good night’s sleep after realising the importance of getting 8 hours.
She said: ‘I go to bed with a smile. I go to bed with a happy heart. And an eye mask. No clothes. My skin.’
The model also explained that she avoids caffeine, eats her last meal at 5pm, and relaxes with a hot chocolate before drifting away.
She also claimed the first thing she does upon waking at 5:00am is ‘smile’ – it’s also the last thing she does before she goes to bed.
After reaching for a water and lime, she dedicates 25 minutes of her morning to meditating in bed ‘to take care of her mind body and spirit’ before jumping on her bike and cycling to the beach for a 6.30am swim.
If time is short then Macpherson stays closer to home, explaining: ‘I’ll get outside and put my feet on the earth to ground. I do some yoga in the morning sun or Dr Zach’s Four Minute Workout to stimulate nitric oxide.
‘Sometimes I’ll go for a cold plunge afterwards followed by a matcha in the sunshine before getting ready for my day.’
The mother-of-two always chooses to exercise outside and in nature by hiking, biking, swimming or ‘simply sitting in the fresh air and sunshine’.
She said she has no set schedule when it comes to exercise and prefers to ‘go with the flow’ and swears by regular sessions in her infrared sauna as well as a cold plunge to ‘reset’.
Macpherson then adds a collagen elixir to her morning smoothie and takes gut support and protein supplements to help with her nutrition.
A ‘big believer in energy healing’, the veteran model revealed she books regular appointments for acupuncture, chiropractic, breathwork and sound healing.
She also undergoes Russian Banyas, an ancient tradition of steam bathing with a wood stove burning dry tree or herb branches called veniks.
