She kept her hair and make-up neutral while upping the glam with a delicate Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra bracelet, which rings in at around £6k.

Amanda looked stunning in the images, which were extremely on-brand given her love of sexy ensembles and racy images.

Following the release of the images, Amanda took to Instagram to reveal she had been treated to a birthday breakfast in Dubai from her husband.

The stunner is in the UAE with Chris Hughes and took to the photosharing site to share a picture showing  her tucking into eggs and a mimosa alongside a vast bouquet of roses with red balloons attached.

She added the caption: ‘So spoilt by Banyan Tree Resort and my lovely Chris x’.

The couple have been married since 2008 after meeting in 2003 and are parents to daughters Lexi, 20, and Hollie, 14.

On keeping in shape, Amanda has previously revealed she runs three to four miles a week in addition to Kundalini yoga practice and a ‘Viking workout regime’.

Despite her somewhat intense-sounding exercise plan, she reiterates that she doesn’t do it because she ‘feels like she has to,’ and explained the importance of balance.

She told TV Times: ‘I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter.’

Amanda joked that it’s ‘all downhill from your 20s’ but added that, like Cher, you can ‘turn back time’ with proper nutrition and exercise.

‘I’m from a generation of women who won’t [fade into the background] – we’ll flaunt our bits for as long as we can. I am certainly going to – even when they’re drooping down to the floor, I’ll scoop them up again,’ she laughed.

Last year, Amanda explained that despite sharing glamorous bikini shots on Instagram over the summer, she had been indulging in a daily drink with co-star Alan Carr, 49, during filming of their show Amanda and Alan’s Greek Job in Corfu.

She told the Daily Mail: ‘I did gymnastics for years, it was what I wanted to do more than anything, I didn’t finish it until I was 15, so I think my body has always retained some sort of a figure.

‘I don’t find it easy. I hate it when you read about women who have got into their hot pants two weeks after giving birth, it’s not what people want to hear.

‘I haven’t been on my Peloton since July 18 when I went to Corfu and I have drunk every day. In the summer, that’s what I do, I let it all go and then I get it back in time for Britain’s Got Talent, and everything else in the lead up to Christmas.

‘I will get back on the Peloton, drink at the weekends, but I don’t stop myself from living. If you can’t tone it, tan it, that’s what I say.

Amanda's running gear is often shared on social media

While she may let her workouts take a backseat during the summer, Amanda previously revealed her love of her Peloton bike.

She told Hello: ‘I’m not actually a fan of this sort of organised fitness. I like a Peloton because I can choose when I do it, and I can choose my instructor…

‘But I’m not a gym bunny. I wouldn’t go to something where someone’s telling me what to do, I’m not into that.’

When it comes to diet, Amanda believes being vegetarian has kept her ‘healthy by default’.

She once revealed that she enjoys avocado, chickpeas and quinoa salads, and has also spoken about how she eats fish, too.

Amanda is no stranger to showing off her meals online and previously shared that she enjoys hard-boiled eggs with a drizzle of Marmite.

‘I don’t understand why everyone thinks this is a gross thing to do,’ she told Women’s Health following the backlash after she told fans to try it. ‘This is my favourite thing to do.’

Maintaining a ‘balanced’ lifestyle, by not restricting herself, is how Amanda said she stays healthy. She told the Daily Mail last year: ‘It’s about trying to stay happy and balanced.

‘I have said this before but with lockdown and all that nonsense there were so many rules and conditions put upon us, there is in life anyway, and you have to allow yourself to do what you want within your own life and that’s how I stay happy.

‘If it’s a Tuesday and I want an Aperol then I will. Or if I want a cheese sandwich at 10pm at night, I will. I am not strict on myself but I am healthy by default because I’m a vegetarian.

‘I have two coffees a day and I have them before 9am. I drink water all day long, by 1pm I have drunk the amount you’re supposed to drink but I am up at 5am.’

When it comes to skincare, Amanda has shifted from getting Botox injections to more subtle, medical-grade ‘tweakments’. In 2020, she revealed that she became a fan of CollagenWave facials and Morpheus8 treatments.

Sharing her skincare journey on social media, Amanda wrote: ‘The other week before filming started on the @bgt live shows, Nilam suggested I try a new natural treatment called Morpheus8!

‘The results have been absolutely amazing. I’ve noticed a real plumpness to my skin and it’s much tighter! ‘

CollagenWave is described as a natural alternative to anti-wrinkle injections and fillers. While Morpheus8 combines radio frequency and micro-needling to reduce fine lines and scarring.
