“Going to Be a Big Ask”: Tennis Legend Casts Doubt Over Roger Federer Winning Another Slam

Tennis fans are eagerly waiting for Roger Federer to return to the court at the Australian Open 2021.

The Swiss maestro believes that age is just a number for him and wants to make a convincing comeback in Melbourne next year.

1 Greg Rusedski recently said that it would be a mammoth task for Federer to win a Grand Slam at this age.

Although Rusedski said that Federer could win the upcoming Wimbledon title, he believes that the Swiss player’s chances in Australia are really bleak.

“The next generation coming up is strong and what can Roger bring to the table at the age of 39?” added the former World No.4.

Roger Federer of Switzerland and Novak Djokovic of Serbia hold their trophies as they walk off Centre Court after the Men’s Singles Final during the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club at Wimbledon on July 14, 2019, in London, England.Rusedski didn’t stop here but also added that Federer could play well in some matches.
