Kim Kardashian Is Angling to Be the Next Martha Stewart

After building a multi-million-dollar beauty brand , Kim Kardashian appears to now be turning her entrepreneurial eye to home goods and potentially coming for Martha Stewart ’s crown.

According to documents filed by the reality star’s lawyers at the end of August, Kim is looking to add a whole new facet to her booming business empire by trademarking the name “KKW Home.” The filings state that the almost-billionaire is looking to lock down that brand name and apply it to a wide array of products, such as towels, linens, blankets, drapery, candles, room fragrances, and bath, bedroom, and home furnishings and accessories.

It seems this newly registered trademark could also just be an extension of her KKW Beauty brand, as she also filed a trademark to apply the new name to various bathroom accouterments, like loofahs, caddies, soap dispensers, cup holders, containers for storing and organizing cosmetics, cosmetics accessories, skincare, and skincare accessories.

Judging by her own Axel Vervoordt-designed “ minimal monastery ” of a home, if KKW Home does ever come to fruition it seems like fans can expect a collection of brutalist, putty-hued objects to sparsely decorate their own stark interiors.

And given the major success of her past business ventures, it seems it won’t be long until Kim can officially call herself the next Martha Stewart.
