Brandon Nimmo Exits Game With Apparent Shoulder Injury

Brandon Nimmo exited Tuesday's game in the bottom of the first inning with an apparent shoulder injury.

Nimmo walked off the field with the team's trainer, Brian Chicklo, while grabbing his right shoulder.

Nimmo had gotten off to a slow start to the 2019 campaign, but seemed to get himself back on-track at the plate in recent days.

With a hit in each of his last four games, and seven hits total during that span, Nimmo raised his batting average to .241 heading into Tuesday's game.

The 26-year-old currently sports a slash line of .241/.379/.463 with three home runs and 8 RBI.
