NFL Draft: Miles Boykin came out of nowhere to drop jaws at the combine

43 1 ⁄ 2 inch vertical 11’8” broad jump 6.77 3 cone 4.07 shuttle And oh yeah... a 4.42 40 yard dash

Miles Boykin just murdered the combine, and in one day of workouts, everyone is pretty much in agreement that the 6’4” 220 pound WR vaulted up the team boards for the NFL Draft .

Somehow, people never put Boykin in any type of “speed WR” category during his time at Notre Dame.

There have been countless Irish fans that have commented over the last couple of months that they were somewhat glad Boykin was leaving with a year of eligibility on the table — because you know... we need the speedy youngsters out on the field.

I think it’s fair to say that Notre Dame will most undoubtedly miss the services of a 6-4 WR that runs a sub 4.5 40 yard dash.

Miles Boykin believed he could do it, and now that he has the test results, game film, and good interviews in his back pocket; he will get PAID for that belief in himself.
