Warriors' big man Jordan Bell finds redemption in win over Pacers

Now, in his second year with the Warriors, Bell, who finished Monday’s 132-100 win over the Pacers with eight points, five rebounds and four assists, is having a bumpy adjustment to life on the NBA bench.

Two minutes into his second start of the season, Bell caught a pass from Kevin Durant, which led to an explosive dunk, setting the tone for the rest of the evening.

Hours after the matchup in Los Angeles, according to sources, Bell reached out to Kerr to clear the air, mending their relationship for the time being.

Three nights after finishing with 10 points, and six rebounds in a 132-109 win over the Suns, Bell played just seven minutes in an overtime loss to the Rockets Jan. 3.

But, with the return of DeMarcus Cousins and the continued strong play of Kevon Looney, it’s been tough to find minutes for Bell.

The second-year big man’s frustrations began bubbling in the first game of the trip against the Clippers, a short drive from his childhood home in Long Beach, when Bell registered just four minutes, despite finishing with six points on 3-of-3 from the field.
