Report: Bucks sending Matthew Dellavedova back to Cleveland

The Bucks will send John Henson with Dellavedova to Cleveland in exchange for Cavaliers guards George Hill and Sam Dekker, per Wojnarowski.

Dellavedova got his start in Cleveland, where he played for three seasons and helped the Cavaliers win the 2016 NBA Finals.

The center underwent surgery to repair a torn ligament in his left wrist late last month.

The deal, though, perhaps works out the best for Dekker, as the Sheboygan, Wisconsin, native and former Badgers standout essentially gets to head home.

Milwaukee will save $18 million in salary next season with the deal, too, something that will likely help it bolster its roster.

Dellavedova and Henson each have one year and $10 million left on their respective deals.
